Tranosseous suture fixation methods to maximize healing surfaces for rotator cuff repair and ACL reconstruction. Initial offering with be for rotator cuff repairs. Single-use, sterile devices that use the patient's own bone, vascular access channels created by carefully engineered guides, and ultra-high molecular-weight polythelylene (UHMWPE) suture.
