In the area of MPFL reconstruction, a special aimer for reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament has been developed in collaboration with Dr. Jörg Richter (OKM, Orthopedic Hospital Markgröningen).
The aimer permits drilling a V-shaped tunnel in the patella. This ensures that the tunnels are congruent. As a result, the tendon graft can be easily anchored in the patella without implant.
