About Avance® Nerve Graft (Prod 4147)
Allograft tissue for bridging nerve discontinuities. Decellularized and cleansed extracellular matrix from donated human peripheral nerve. The cleaning process preserves the inherent and relevant structural characteristics of the tissue. Avance® simply connects the proximal and distal ends of a transected nerve. Regenerating axons can grow through the allograft scaffold, into the patient's distal nerve tissue toward the target muscle or skin.
Avance® Nerve Graft - the only processed nerve allograft for bridging severed peripheral nerves. Axons grow through the multi-tubular structure.
AxoGuard® NerveConnector - minimally process porcine extracellular matrix for connector-assisted copatation. 3-D scaffold that allows for cell migration.
AxoGuard® NerveProtector - minimally processed porcine extracellular matrix for wrapping and protecting injured peripheral nerves. Minimizes soft tissue attachments along inner and outer surfaces.
