About Brazilian Society of Hand Surgery (Soc 1506221)
The Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia da Mão (SBCM) was founded in 1959. It is a medical specialty society comprised of more than 600 Brazilian and International Hand Surgeons.
Hand Surgeons specialize in the diagnosis, care and treatment of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system of the Hand and Upper Extremity, including bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, nerves and skin.
The Society is devoted to continuing medical education related to hand surgery for its members and guests. Every year the Society holds a national scientific meeting that includes important commercial exhibits and gathers over 800 hand surgeons from Brazil and other countries in South America.
The 2016 Brazilian Society of Hand Surgery Meeting and International Exhibition will be in Sao Paolo, May 26-28, 2016. Details are available through the link on the right.
