The Speed Arc Nitinol Fixation System is an elastic shape memory fixation device that conforms to the sloping surface of the metaphyseal anatomy. It is available in three different sizes to ensure a proper fit in varying patient anatomies. The Speed Arc has the same great features as the current Speed system: constant compression to optimize healing, implant pre-loaded on a patent-pending insertion tool for ease of use and pre-sterilized, disposable instrumentation for simplified operating room logistics.Previously available from BioMedical Enterprises Inc.
