This dressing contains a unique small-particle silver formulation to help protect the wound bed from microbial contamination. Made from hydrophilic polyurethane membrane matrix that is reinforced for enhanced strength for use in deep tunneling wounds. The reinforcement also helps with complete removal of the dressing at each dressing change. QuadraFoam dressings effectively cleanse, fill, absorb, and moisten wounds throughout the healing continuum. No other single wound dressing combines these four key wound-healing capabilities like PolyMem.
