The LINK® C.F.P.® Prostheses Stems and the T.O.P.® Acetabular Cup have been especially designed for biologically young, active patient, who, because of their long life-expectancy, would, with conventional prostheses, possibly suffer an above-average aseptic loosening rate. In consideration of biomechanical load and fixation principles, the hip anatomy retention of the femoral neck, and cementless fixation techniques, a stable, resilient implant anchorage is achieved, which also provides the best preconditions for necessary future interventions.
