About CRx Collarbone Pin (Prod 9785)
The CRx is used for the minimally invasive treatment of acute fractures to the clavicle. The CRx is inserted through the posterior, lateral surface of the clavicle and into the intramedullary canal. Once placed, the grippers on the device are expanded, locking the implant to both the medial and lateral bone fragments. A screw is then placed through the stainless steel hub to further secure the lateral bone fragment. Previously available from Sonoma Orthopedic Products, Inc. (SOP).
