NBX® Shoulder Fixator (Prod 9739)

About NBX® Shoulder Fixator (Prod 9739)

SHORTENED OPERATIVE TIME: Average operative time using the NBX® Shoulder fixator is less than 1 hour versus an average of 2-3 hours for conventional ORIF using a plate and screws.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE TECHNIQUE: There is no dissection; fixation is based on percutaneous placement of threaded pins held in place by the NBX® Shoulder fixator.

EXTERNAL LOCKING PLATE DESIGN: The locking nut and ball allow each pin to be placed within a 60 degree cone in each opening of the fixator, then locks the depth and angle of insertion to the NBX® Shoulder fixator frame.

NON-BRIDGING FIXATION: The fracture complex is pinned and stabilized in anatomic position, thus allowing early active and passive range of motion of the shoulder.

MULTI-MATRIX™ PIN TECHNOLOGY: The body of the NBX® Shoulder fixator locks a matrix of multi-planar and multi-directional threaded pins and holds the fixator above the skin.

PROPRIETARY LOCKING MECHANISM: The body of the NBX® Shoulder fixator locks a matrix of multi-planar and multi-directional threaded pins and holds the fixator above the skin.
