About InQu Bone Graft Extender and Substitute (Prod 8832)
A hybrid polymer comprised of entangled hyaluronic acid and PLGA, InQu provides an ideal microenvironment conducive to new bone formation.
InQu Extender was found to be equivalent to the "gold standard", autograft alone, in producing solid fusion in the posterolateral spine.
InQu granules are available in 10cc and 30cc quantities, while the Paste Mix is provided as a kit capable of generating 10cc of paste. The Paste Mix can be prepared using a pre-measured quantity of saline or equivalent amounts of an appropriate patient-derived bodily fluid such as blood or bone marrow aspirate.
