About Judet Bipolar Radial Head Prosthesis (Prod 7414)

The Judet Bipolar Radial Head Prosthesis, named after Prof Judet who developed this prosthesis, has been described as a "floating radial head prosthesis". It is a cemented bipolar prosthesis composed of a CrCo shaft and a polyethylene head coated with CrCo. Two shaft sizes are available (6.5 mm and 8 mm), and two bipolar heads are available (19 mm and 22 mm diameter). The prostheses neck to the shaft is an angle of 15 degrees. For allergy patients, a titanium version is available.
