Modular ultrasonic cleaning & passivation systems for medical implants - simple manual systems to turnkey cells. Tightly controlled ultrasonics available at multiple frequencies and sequential rinse stations assure consistent product. Systems can incorporate RFID, bar code or flag scan for SPC, data acquisition and logging. Our cGMP compatible manufacturing practices facilitate process validation.
