A bone quality test that simply involves the testing of a finger nail sample using a Raman laser system
The Selectis BQT is a breakthrough because rather than measuring bone mass the test measures bone architecture based on bonding levels in the microarchitecture of the bone. This is potentially a more accurate measure of fracture risk than bone mass.
The BQT correlates closely with the current accepted testing methodology, DEXA. Previously known as Selectis Bone Quality Test (BQT)
