VarioNXT™ is a hip replacement stem for press fit or cemented fixation based on the original proven stem designed by Dr Alain Machenaud.
VarioNXT™ is designed with the patient in mind. In order to cater to patients’various femoral anatomies, the stem comes in 9 sizes with 125° and 135° CCD angles. Both the cemented and the press fit versions offer a wide range of possibilities for the reconstruction of the center of rotation, leg length, and CCD angle resulting in an optimal natural geometry of the joint. The 12/14 cone can fit both metal and ceramic femoral heads ranging up to 36mm in diameter, to lower the chance of dislocation and improve mobility.
