The ISO™ Plate with PocketLock™ Technology is a unique and creative solution for distal sliding osteotomies of the first metatarsal. The ISO Plate is a partially intraosseous plate that uses the axis of the pocket to direct the compression screw into the proximal metatarsal. The ISO Plate with PocketLock™ Technology is intended to be used in cases where distal Chevron/Austin osteotomies are typically indicated. The ISO Plate combines the bending strength and rotational control of a plate with the compression generation of an interfragmentary.
