About Affiniti Shoulder System (Prod 11427)
This system offers a unique pivoting reamer to simplify insertion into the glenoid while providing the clinical advantages of axial alignment. The advanced glenoid design is intended to minimize cement while the finned central peg securely locks the implant behind the subchondral plate, promoting bony integration and long-term fixation. Finally, the shorter humeral stem offering and low profile lateral border facilitate anatomic restoration without compromising rotational control.
