XBACK COMPRESSION™ ES

About XBACK COMPRESSION™ ES

The XBACK COMPRESSION™ ES is a full size LSO brace that immobilizes the patient from the sacrococcygeal junction to the scapular plane and provides a comfortable treatment option for a wide variety of diagnoses.  The brace is easy for patients to put on, to adjust and to remove, so the comfortable light weight brace encourages compliance with treatment protocols.

The cut out in the center of the Xback posterior panel increases airflow making the brace cooler, lighter, less bulky and thus more comfortable to wear.  The cut out also reduces pressure on the spine especially for the post-op patient or those receiving injections.  The XBack compression straps are anchored directly to the posterior panel of our braces.  As the patient pulls on the adjustable closure system, the panel will mold to the patient’s back regardless of their degree of lordosis.  The large anterior panel extends from symphysis pubis to xyphoid and provides intracavitary pressure to reduce load on the intervertebral discs while providing a “lift” to help hold the weight of the abdomen thus reducing lower back pain.

INDICATIONS: Scoliosis, Spondylosis, Spondylolisthesis, Herniated Discs, Bulging Discs, Multi-level Injuries, Degenerative Disc Disease, Post-Surgical Stabilization, Mechanical Lower and Mid-Back Pain.
