AP and Lat tibial non-union with Titanium 3.5 mm Limited Contact Dynamic Compression Plate (LC-DCP) 3.5 mm cortex screws in proximal 4 holes. 3.5 mm shaft screws in middle two (as interfragmentary screws) and 4.0 mm cancellous screws in distal two holes. Note scalloped undersurface of plate for low footprint contact on bone to reduce vascular compromise of cortex.
