CHESS Surgery System

About CHESS Surgery System

CHESS is an instrument system for small procedures. It is a set of anchors that are used outside the incision along with soft tissue attachments that can provide incision retraction, and tissue manipulation under the direct control of the surgeon. The CHESS anchor holds firmly and can be positioned or released without the complexities of a mechanical latch. This is made possible by shielded rare earth magnets contained within the base of the anchors.
