About Hip Prosthesis, Total: Unidentified (Implant 230510)

Unidentified total hip prosthesis implanted in the 1990s

Submitter originally thought this is a Taperloc due to the neck-shaft angle and the threaded insert hole.  The unuual cut in the cup, however, suggests to him that it could be a Provident Hip System cup and stem.
