OrthoPure™ HM is donated human meniscus that has been processed using the dCELL process which removes cellular and DNA material from biological tissues, through a patented series of gentle washes, leaving intact an acellular matrix upon which the patient's cells can regenerate and re-populate, so that new tissue is created which is recognized and accepted by the body, rather than being at risk of rejection. Not available in the USA.
