11/17/2020: Also identified as a Königsee Distal Radius Plate by Hassan Al Harakeh, Division Manager for Orthopaedic and Spine Implants, SATER Medical Care, Lebanon. In addition he pointed out that it uses 2.7 and 3.5 mm screws.
